4. Honesty - As a professional in the industry, I have accrued a knowledge of the market & will tell you my honest opinion of what your home can sell for. I don't over promise or underdeliver. This ensures your home will sell promptly and for the most amount of money possible.

5. I always have a plan - Before you agree, you want to make sure your decided professional has a thorough plan as to how they will successfully sell your home. I meet with my clients to go through this plan. In this meeting, I provide a completed packet with our current competition and appraisal evidence & the information regarding your property, allowing us to address any questions or concerns you may have prior to helping you achieve what you want in the time that you are wanting it.
